Sodium Fluoride NaF, white luminous crystal or white powder, is an ionic compound that is colorless crystal or white solid at room temperature. The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline and dissolves in hydrofluoric acid to form sodium bifluoride, which can corrode glass.
