Applications of Spherical YF3 Yttrium Fluoride products
Spherical YF3 Yttrium Fluoride products are gel-like substances with a melting point of 1387°C, a boiling point of 2230°C, and a relative density of 4.01. Insoluble in water and dilute acid. Preparation method: yttrium oxide reacts with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride at 700 DEG C for 8 hours, and yttrium oxide reacts with more than 30% ammonium difluoride at 300 DEG C for 12 hours. Spherical YF3 Yttrium Fluoride products are less toxic substances with a toxicity risk of class 4 and are not significantly irritating to skin and eyes. Spherical YF3 Yttrium Fluoride products have weak enrichment ability.
Organic electroluminescent devices were prepared by using Spherical YF3 Yttrium Fluoride products instead of lithium fluoride as the electron injection layer material and metal aluminum as the cathode. Among them, the thickness of YF3 is 1.2 nm, the minimum emission voltage is 2.6 V, the maximum current efficiency is 8.52 CD·a-1, and the maximum brightness is 36530 CD·m-2. The maximum brightness and current efficiency are increased by 39% and 53%, respectively, compared to the Li-fluorine reference sample.
